Dominican Wedding Rates


Wedding Day Planning & Coordination

Our fee includes planning, organizing and coordinating your beautiful Dominican Republic Wedding in paradise.  We work with you from  start to forever after to ensure your special day is truly wonderful. Our Dominican Wedding coordination also includes submitting necessary documents on your behalf, handling legal communications from this end and ensuring ceremony plans are perfect. Additionally we will be at your reception to ensure you and all of your guests are having fun, are safe and are enjoying.

Initial consultations and conversations have no charge. When you are ready to start planning your Dominican wedding, a deposit is all that is required. The final payment is required within 45 days of your special wedding day.  These payments are non-refundable.

All other wedding & event expenses: 20%

Coordinating wedding rehearsal dinners, photographers, flowers and entertainment can quite a challenge in the Dominican Republic, however is of the utmost importance when planning your special wedding day.

The Dominican Wedding Company charges a 20% fee on all event services & expenses to ensure you receive a high level of care. We are here to work with you if you have any special or last minute requests. We can’t actually work miracles, but you just might think we can.

 

Deposits

Deposits for event expenses such as photographer, band, caterer are paid when we confirm the service or activity. The remainder of the event expenses are due 45 days before your Dominican Wedding. This ensures all parties are paid, and there are no last minute surprises relating to fees & expenses.

Civil Ceremony Fees Paid Directly to City Hall (Subject To Change)

If the bride and groom are Non-Dominican:

  • Ceremony performed in City Hall – US$275
  • Ceremony performed at any location other than City Hall – US$415

If at least one of the couple is a Dominican:

  • Ceremony performed in City Hall – US$135
  • Ceremony performed at any location other than City Hall – US$22

An additional charge of US$2.75 is required for each legal copy of the marriage certificate.

Catholic Ceremony Fees Paid Directly to the Church

We recommend a donation of between US$200 and US$500 depending on the nature of the ceremony.  Donations are given directly to the priest performing your wedding ceremony.
